GR Galgalia Bahadurganj Highway Private Limited (“GGBHPL” or the “Company”) is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), incorporated on March 11, 2021 for implementation of the Project “Four laning of Galgalia-Bahadurganj section of NH327E from Km. 0.000 to Km. 49.000 (Package I) on Hybrid Annuity Mode in the State of Bihar. GR Infraprojects Limited (GRIL), controls 100% of the equity interest in GGBHPL.

Total Length of Project i.e. 49.000 Km of NH-327E joining Galgalia to Bahadurganj and total project cost set forth in financial package as per clause 23.1 of Article 23 is 1051 Cr. The LOA for the project was issued by Authority (NHAI) on 03 March 2021 and Agreement was signed on 04 April 2021.
